Bill has worked with volunteer, not‐for‐profit, boards all of his working life and in his time of “retirement.” Bill is very interested in many forms of art. For 37 years, he worked in various ministries through the United Church of Canada and in retirement, Bill started a new business, Live Edged Woodcraft. Bill has a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy and Religion) from McMaster University, and Master of Divinity from Toronto School of Theology.

Anita has extensive experience as a human resource specialist and as a manager. She graduated from the Rotman School of Management, Executive Programs, University of Toronto. Anita avidly enjoys volunteering for our community,  getting to know new people and help the community prosper. She chaired and co‐chaired public school and high school councils for 12 years and now Anita assists clients at the Southlake Regional Health Centre, and volunteers at Rogers TV in Georgina.

Lauri is a member of the Chippewas of Georgina Island and currently serving a two‐year term as Band Councillor. and holds the education, recreation, culture, language and hunting and fishing portfolios. Previously, she worked as the Education Manager for over 20 years. Lauri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ryerson University in Public Administration and Governance. She also studied Native Education Counseling with the Ontario Native Counseling Association were she was fortunate to relearn much of her First Nation cultural traditions.

Daughter of Albert Chiarandini, Joan has been exposed to the art world throughout her life. When her father was no longer able to manage his collection, Joan, with her husband Patrice, took over the management. She curated with great success “Chiarandini – 90 Years in Retrospect”. She has spoken publicly at various venues on her life growing up with an Artist. Since 2007, she is a member of the Board of Directors for the Georgina Arts Centre and Gallery, and a member of the Collections Committee.
